Bigger Better Stronger!!
warm up = 8 – 100 meter sprints
7×3 each of shoulder press, push press, jerk

WOD – 400 meter run
25 each of jump squats, burpees, butterfly crunches
200 meter run
15 each of jump squats , burpees, butterfly crunches
100 meter run
5 each jump squats, burpees, butter fly crunches
