clean n’ press
1 arm row 12 each 2 rnds
up right row
frt squats
dips
snatch
wood chops
pull over
4 pt abs

Tip of the Day – WALK! A brisk 15 min walk after each meal will help control your blood sugar and may reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
