Cindy sprints
Warm ups – 800 meter run
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
100 meter sprint

BEATDOWNERS – just stretching and VERY light practice lifts for you!!

Tip of the day = Doctors/Dentists . . . nobody really loves going to either however they keep everything in check and early detection is the key to and speedy and healthy recovery.
