warm up – 10 straight legs deadlifts
10 hang cleans 2x
50 jump rope
WOD – 6 Deadlift bar jumps 225/165
10 Ax chops
6 DB – Power cleans
6 DB – Thrusters
100 meter sprint
3 rnds
cooldown – work on muscle ups

Tip of the day – Giving – when you give someone a gift, for no other reason then you WANT to, you are the one that is getting the true gift of happiness. Try it, its contagious!
