Moving Monday!
warm up – 10 hindu squats
10 push ups
100 jump rope
10 push ups
WOD – 100 air squats
5 muscle ups (scaled version available)
75 air squats
10 muscle ups
50 air squats
15 muscle ups
25 air squats
20 muscle ups

**remember the only way to get better at something is to practice**

Tip of the Day – GRACE – Are you a EGR person? Sometimes, I am too! We can practice that too…
