FREEZING FRIDAY!!!
(active recovery day)
warm up – 25 quick feet
25 jumping jacks
WOD – 200 meter cardio spurt between EVERY set
25 reps each set of everybody part
2 rounds

Tip of the day – Don’t judge the book by its cover . . . Try something without preconceived notions; a workout, a food, new friends and even old friends . . . it just may surprise you! Its better then missing out all together!!
