(Day of the Dead)
warm up – 400 meter row, mobility with pvc, 100 jumping jacks, 25 air squats, 25 KB swings

WOD – 5X (95/65)
10 Front Squats
10 Push ups
10 Back Squats
10 Pull ups
10 SDLHP
10 Supermans
10 Push Press
10 Situps full
10 DB Deadlifts (straight leg touching toes)
10 Jumping Squats

Skillwork – Front Squats 5×3 rep max

Plank Challenge – PLANK – 20 seconds -keep everything tight and straight!!
