15 squats
3x 15 ab mat
Skillwork – deadlifts (work the form – trad / sumo)
3×3 each
WOD – 15 min AMRAP
5 deadlifts 185/135
10 box jumps 24/20
15 DB shoulder press
20 switch hand Turkish get ups
Cooldown – 400 meter run
