25 push ups today

WOD – All round the body
warm up – 2×2’s, bear crawl, inchworm, suicide, lateral burpees
2 rnds
WOD – 3-5 rnds 10 reps
tricep push ups
pull ups
dips
rev crunches
plie/ goblet squats
** after every round 2 sets suicides OR 10 burpees
