WOD – 150 jumping jacks
15 burpees
15 pullups
15 wallballs (sandbags throw)
50 crunches
50 squats
50 jump lunges
50 rope climbs -OR-
5 bear crawls
cooldown – P/S challenge – rest day!!
so just stretch out
