Slamin’ Sumo
warm up – 400 meter
10 push ups
2x 10 squats
skillwork – shoulder press 5×5
wod – 15 min AMRAP
40 slam balls
30 ax chops
20 SDLHP 115/65
10 burpees
then – 5 rnds – 5 reps each
pull ups , clean n”press, push up

Cooldown – S/PU challenge
20 squats
10 push ups
