Spartan Strength
warm up – 100 jump rope
20 air squats
20 push ups
WOD – 10 crunches
10 Bent over back row
5x 10 burpees
5 pull ups (drop down a band)
30 sec cardio spirt
1 min rest – then hold a wallball
15 air squats
4x 25 twisting lunges
10 chest ball throws
10 underhand ball throws
Cooldown- S / PU challenge –
3x 34 squats
20 push ups
