warm up – 3×10 each 25/15
plate OH lunges, tricep look thru, circle 8’s
WOD – 25 each: push ups, back squats, step ups, butterfly crunches
20 each: Hang clean n’press, pull ups, ax chops. snatches
15 each: GHD, Power clean n’press, dips, push press
10 each: burpee box jumps, frt squats. wall balls, thrusters
5 each: HSPU, thrusters, slam balls, tire flips

Cooldown – S/PU challenge rest day (only 1 day left in this challenge!!)
