bar pulls -5×5
WOD = 400 meter run
10 lateral burpees
2x 20 mtn climbers
20 jump lunges
10 uneven push ups
then – 8x 20/10
K2E
air squats
bicycle crunches

cooldown – tire flips – 10
(Spartan runners – spear throws – 10)

March Challenge – 135 squats
