Warm up:
200 meter run
10 air squats
10 toes to bar
Repeat–

WOD:
15 minute AMRAP
11 knees to elbows
9 hand-release push-ups
7 strict pull-ups
5 back squats (115/75)

800 meter run after the AMRAP for time
