Root Canal

warm up – 10 squats 

   2x          10 push ups 

                 400 meter r/r

WOD – 15 pull ups , wallball tap n’go, back squats 

            30 HR push ups , push press, ring dips

            15 SDLHP, wallball tap n’go, burpees

            800 meter r/r

Cooldown – Aug Challenge Guns, Buns, and Abs
