                 10 1 leg dead/squats – DB

                 10 rotaion lunge/press – DB

WOD – 50 reps each of the following

            jump rope                        K2E

            box jumps                        DB – Clean n press

            Ring Jump Pull ups         GHD – back ext

            KB swings                       Wall balls 

            WWOH lunges                burpees

Cooldown – Aug Challenge –   Guns, Buns and Abs
