                 10 inchworm

                 10 squat

WOD – 3 min AMRAP

         10 slam balls 

         10 back squats   95/65

         10 HR push ups 

  then 1 min rest  . . .

          200 meter run

          10 roll outs 

           10 jack squats 

   1 min rest  . . .

         repeat #1
