          15 HR push ups 

          10 strict Pull ups 

Skillwork – 

WOD  – 3 cycles 50/10 

               ab mat sit ups 

               v- ups 

       then 7 RFT

             200 meter run

           10 box jumps     24/10

            15 goblet squats    24/16

Cooldown – Aug Challenge – Guns, Buns and Abs
