     200 meter run

    15 squats 

    10 push ups 

    5 pull ups  

Skillwork – deadlift practice – 4×5

WOD – 8 min AMRAP

         10 alternating lunges  (L+R=1)

         10 Frt squats 

         10 push press

         10 cal row

  rest 1 min then …

         4 rnds of 

          200 meter run

         10 deadlifts

Cooldown – stretch
