Happy Feet

warm up – 5 – 100 meter sprints 

                   with 10 squats between rnds

                 50 bicycle crunches

WOD – 100 meter run

        10 pull ups, ring dips, HR push ups 

        200 meter run

        20 wallballs, KB swings , slamballs

        400 meter run

        30 GHD Frt, Squats, GHD Backs 

         1 rnd = average 

         2rnds – AWESOME!!!
