2x       10 frt squats (bar only)

10 push press (bar only)

25 ab mat

skillwork – snatch workshop

WOD – 37 reps of all the following:

jump rope –  thrusters, GHD

jump rope – wiper/ press, step ups

jump rope – bicep curls, russian twist

400 meter r/r

Cool down – LBDP
