warm up – 50 jump rope
3x 10 shoulder taps
10 hindu squats
skill work – muscle up practice
WOD – 5 rnds of:
1 Strict shoulder press
1 push press
1 push jerk
then 5 rnds of:
200 meter R/R
5 push press
5 frt squats
Cooldown – LBDP
