Those that missed the Special Memorial Day WOD can do:
MURPH
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile

OR option 2:
KJ is back!!
50 each of the following for time
wall balls KB swings GHD- Back
Push press 65/55 Box jumps burpees
walking lunges arm curls Jumping pull ups
