skill work – kipping practice

WOD – 5 of each – slam balls, burpees, russian twist,

jumping pullups, B2B squats

rnd 1 – 5 min amrap – drop 1 – rest 1 min

rnd 2 – 4 min amrap – drop 1 – rest 1 min

rnd 3 – 3 min amrap – drop 1 – rest 1 min

rnd 4 – 2 min amrap – drop 1 – rest 1 min

rnd 5 – 1 min for reps
