warm up – 10 burpee planks

3x    1 muscle up

10 air squats

Skillwork –  pistol squat practice

WOD –  2 pistol squats (L+R=1)

2 KB swings

2 pull ups

4 each

6 each

so on for a 15 Min AMRAP

Sept Challenge – week 3  – 25 goblet squats
