50 Jump Rope

15 Air Squats

10 Butterfly Crunches

5 Pull Ups

Skillwork: Do Challenge

WOD: 2 Rounds of 20 each

Split Lunge (1 foot on wall)

Heel Kick Back (hands on wall)

Wall Squats (30 seconds)

Wall Push Up w/ Twist

Decline Push Up w/ Knee In (feet on wall, opposite elbow)

Standing Side Planks (30 seconds)

Elevated Plank Hold (30 seconds)
