10 shoulder stretch

Skillwork – PVC snatch practice

WOD – 15 rnds of :  1 power snatch

1 snatch balance,

1 OH squat

then ; 8 RFT  –  5 hang snatch

30 DBL Unders

 

December Challenge – 2 min plank hold
