Ladder Time

warm up – 25  jack squats

2x       20 mtn climbers

20 x-outs

Skillwork – 4 -way PVC stretches

WOD – 3 Back squats, 3 HR push ups

6 Back squats, 6 HR push ups

9 Back squats, 9 HR push ups

so on up the ladder in 3’s for 15 min AMRAP

option 1 – weight           option 2 – reps        your choice!!
