40 squats

30 floor wipers

20 v-ups

10 HSPU

800 meter r/r

10 incline push up

20 superman

30 floor wipers

40 OHWW lunges

100 jump rope

 

Feb challenge – pick 2

50 squats           50 crunches

125  push ups           burpees
