I’m better than that . . .

warm up – 50 meter farmers carry – DB

2x       10 chin ups

10 Clean n’ jerks

Skillwork – No you not – practice your lifts!!

Frt squats – 3×3

back squats – 3×3

WOD – AMRAP 20 minutes :
10 burpee pullovers (Burpee pull ups)
30 squats
60 seconds of handstand hold
(This is a static handstand hold, not a walk. Only count time while the hands are stationary.

If needed, use a wall.)

** Stretch your back  – extended Childs pose .. head roll .. breathe**

 

Feb Challenge – pick 2

100 crunches                   squats

100 push ups               30 burpees
