Skillwork – deadlift practice – sumo&trad

WOD – 400 meter run

10 deadlift

3x     10 back squats

10 floor press

800 meter run

20 push ups

3x      15 tricep dips

20 ab mat

15 pull ups

 

LAST DAY  – Feb Challenge – pick 2

50 squats             50 crunches

125  push ups         30 burpees
