Warm up – 100 meter farmers carry

2x     10 Static hold curls

10 Lateral sh raises

10 renegade rows

Skillwork – DB chest flyes 3×10

WOD – 20 min AMRAP

25 cal row

20 floor press/wipers

15 bar lunges

10 bent over back row

5 HR push ups

( L+R=1 for lunges and wipers)
