Warm up – 100 jump rope

3x       10 push ups

10 squats (LOW&SLOW)

Skillwork- Toes to Bar  5×5

WOD – 60 sec squat to rev lunge

45 sec dive bomber push ups

30 sec hi knee to burpee

60 sec crane lunges

45 sec walk out push ups

30 sec footfire burpee

200 meter run

3 rnds
