warm up – 200 meter run

2x      10 kb clean press

10 kb sit ups

10 kb goblet squats

Skillwork – DEADLIFT week – traditional 3×5

WOD –  OTM  x20

odd – 10 deadlift  3/4 BW

even – max reps KB step ups

16/8kg to a 24/20″ box
