Skillwork – Pistol squats  3×5

WOD – 2 min MAX reps Pistol squats

2 min MAX reps Push press

2 min MAX reps BOB

2 min MAX reps T2B

2 min MAX reps KB swings

2 min MAX reps Slam balls

1 min rest between each set

800 meter run
