Skillwork – snatch 2 part breakdown (bar only)

WOD – rnd 1 – 5 items – 5 mins – 1 min rest

rnd 2 – 4 items – 4 mins – 1 min rest

rnd 3 – 3 items – 3 mins – 1 min rest

rnd 4 – 2 items – 2 mins – 1 min rest

rnd 5 – 1 item max reps
