10 plank rotation (elbow outside opp knee)

Skillwork – HSPU wall practice

WOD – A. 10 mins of:


20 Frt rack lunges   95/65

2 min rest then

B.  10 mins of:

10 GHD

10 squats (altern frt/back/OH)

SCORE – # reps/rounds for both sets

May challenge – running
