10 DB (pvc) shoulder press

10 russian twist v-up

100 jump rope

Skillwork – Kipping practice   (pullups, c2b, muscle ups)

WOD – 10 min AMRAP of:

15 thrusters

5 muscle ups

then 30 cal row – 1 min rest

10 min AMRAP of:

15 thrusters

5 C2B Pullups

RX+ – 115/80

RX – 95/65
