20 walking Lunges – alternate

20 Burpee single leg hops

20 shoulder press – alternate

20 step ups – single leg push

20 chest press – alternate

10 pistol squats

5 turkish get ups

2 rnds then 800 meter run

(yes, run IS included in the time)

Oct Challenge –  mix it up
