Hard Core Pump Day!!

Mobility – (10 mins) PVC / bands
Technique- (15 mins) deadlift
WOD- (25 mins).
1 Burpees, Box jumps, Slam balls, ab mat
100 meter runs
2 of each, 100 m sprint
3 of each, 100 m sprint
Climb ladder for 25 min
