12 bar-facing burpees

Then, rest 3 minutes before continuing with:
3 rounds of:
10 bar muscle-ups
12 bar-facing burpees

Men snatch 95 lb.
Women snatch 65 lb.
Time cap: 12 minutes

Warm up – 10 pull ups
10 wb toss n tap
10 wb clean n press
Mobility- shoulders
WOD- 20 min Amrap
5 C2B pull ups
10 wallballs
15 kB swings
20 ab mat – full sit up
